I might go down if I can get the weekend off Ricky. I watched the Silverstone round on tv on my day off and I must admit I was surprised at the amount of action over the 3 races. I've not watched the btcc for years. I did notice that Jason Plato is still a moaning old wifey when things don't go his way.

it is a good day out, lots of racing to keep you interested between the Touring Cars. I have not been since 2007 when I got Colin McRaes autograph.
I wont make this year though, family gathering...................

You can go all day Saturday for qualifying sessions and a couple of minor races or Sunday for a full day off racing from about 9.30/10ish.

A good day out if it's Sunny.

I can remember getting burnt to a crisp one year back in the 90's.

Yep, it's a good day out. I'm not that bothered in the results, but like to see a good bit of action. Hope to get along both days.

Hard to believe, but I have been burnt to a crisp on many an occasion at Knockhill. However this is far outnumbered by the the soakings I have had.

Worst was at the 2007 Superbikes when i was standing in the shelter at the hairpin during one hell of a downpour, the pocket on my jacket filled up with water & drowned my mobile

Just going up for tomorrow. Was hoping for the full weekend, but such is life!

If any of you guys are going for the weekend, you can get a weekend ticket for £25. Official Knockhill driving experiences, Motorsport gift ideas and driving experience courses in Scotland takes you to a discount page.

I made it along today as well. Racing was great expecially down by Leslie's corner - lots of action.

Good to see StescoG66 yesterday. I didn't recognise you yesterday Ricky though, maybe we haven't met at any of the events. We should all get an alfaowner.com fleeces so we know who we all are!

Caught the last 2 races of the day on TV. The Porche race was interesting for the first few laps, they just could not stay on with that oil spill. Plato was lucky in the last few laps!

I had my red Alfa cap on to keep the sun at bay!
