Remap and Dyno Day at Red Dot - Sunday July 26th

After speaking with a few members we have agreed on a date for the next group Remap and Dyno day at our facilities in Enfield. Sunday July 26th

Have your car mapped, dyno tested or just come down and say hello and meet fellow Alfisti. Refreshments will be provided during the day..

We pride ourselves in working with Alfas and have done since the early 90's with thousands of happy customers.

We health test all cars on our Dyno prior to any mapping. Then benchmark them after mapping. If any fault is found on the vehicle we will recommend you have this addressed before a remap.

Cash Prices for the day
156, 147, GT, GTV, GTA - £200
Mito, Giulietta, 159, Brera - £240
Dyno Runs are £30

All remaps come with a 30 day money back guarantee and we save your original map so your car can be reverted back to standard.

Ciao

Hi Abs,

We kick off at 10am. The remap takes around 45 mins. Only 10 mins if you are having a dyno run.

Many thanks

Guys,

Couple of Questions..

1. Can you run the cars in Dynamic?
2. Can you give us boost and AFR overlays on the dyno plots.
3. Have you got the standard car's boost plots and can you provide run overlays against these as a baseline.

I am particularly interested in seeing what spool looks like against stock with induction and exhaust mods, including CAT a delete downpipe.

As I am sure you are aware, it's not peak numbers that matter but area under the graph and torque delivery in particular. This info is very useful when it comes to setting up the boost control tables in the ECU, which have multiple compensation maps on the Magneti Marelli ECU this car.

Hi Mikeyw,

Retaining the DPF and keeping all the systems happy you would be looking at least 20bhp and 30ftlb of torque increase.

The cars will always revert to Normal on our dyno unfortunately. You need and all singing all dancing 4wd dyno to get the cars to run in dynamic. We have done this in Italy so we know what the difference is between normal and dynamic however.

We can plot AFR yes but unless you have fitted a boost gauge with connector to your mito we can't read it. A standard cars boost plots would be next to useless as you need to really compare the same car for all tests.

And yes regarding the area under the graph you are speaking our language

Please feel free to come along and have a chat with us on the day if you wish to see how we work.

Kind Regards

Augusto and Paolo

Just wondered can you include a egr delete in your maps? That is one reason I am thinking of getting my car done also what bhp would I expect on an otherwise standard 170 diesel Giulietta?

Hi guys. I had my Ducati Corse remapped by you back in Feb at your remap day. Been totally impressed with it, but it has been producing a bit more smoke lately. Just wondering any possible issues, and would you charge if I came so you could have a look if you have any ideas?
Thx

Yes we delete the EGR. We would recommend you blank it off at a later date when you have the car serviced too. Again with the 170 you would be looking at a minumum 20BHP and 30ft lb of torque. The last one we did hit 200BHP and the torque gain was equally impressive but I can't remember exactly what at the moment.

Hi Again, I remember your car. 210BHP wasn't it?

More smoke would suggest a turbo hose issue. We would happily look at it for you though. Free of charge of course.

Kind Regards

Hi Sid,

What power engine do you have? 175 or 150? There were a couple available in that year.

We can delete the EGR too, no problem.

The cost would be £200.

Thanks

Hi Augusto. Yeah, U actually got it to 212 BHP. And it is an absolute pleasure to drive. There are no noises (sucking of air/turbo hose issue noises) but suppose that doesnt mean its not. Its had a new top hose within the last yr or so (b4 i bought her). But I will be there so u can have a look. Thx very much

You can drop in any time. We are open from 10am and it's first come first served but if you wish to book a certain time in the day just let us know

If you wish to PM me your registration I can tell you the power of your car. I think it's most likely 175 but can double check for you.
