If you know and are happy with the car, and it can be safely stored on the driveway, I'd say keep it. If you can get someone to start it and run it up to temperature every few weeks, maybe move it back and forward a few feet, that'll be the best way to store it. Otherwise, buy some axle stands and store it on them to avoid flat-spotting the tyres, and either take off the battery and store it off the car, with it getting a charge every now and then, for preference, or leave it on the car and get one of those solar-powered trickle chargers to keep it alive. Some dessicant packs inside the car will cut down the chance of mould if its going to be left stored untouched.
