Yes its back again!

Its was an amazing day 2 years ago and this year it will be on for 2 days.

We will have a dedicated area in the paddock once again. Each attendee just needs to purchase tickets online here*http://www.irishfestivalofspeed.com/buy-tickets/

There is also a load more info on the site itself.

Would like to make this the big summer meet but appreciate the most will not stay for both days, so it would be great to get as many people down on the Saturday if possible although we will have an area for the whole weekend.

So could you please let me know what day you have purchased your tickets for.

I plan on staying the night locally on the Friday but have yet to book anything but suffice to say I may be around for a few alcoholic larger beers if anyone else is around.

Can anyone recommend a good hotel?

Update on this.

If anyone has 'liked' it in Facebook the updates are coming thick and fast, it's shaping up to be a great weekend.
I've booked into a hotel called 1 Perry Square.
Anyone else planning to go? We'll have an area reserved for the alfaowner.

Whats the story with the track? is it just the oval?
Last years track was good but the set up was lethal, so i taught

Don't think it was on last year Peter, only 2011e in Adare Manor but you're right that track wasn't the best.
It does look like the track is the oval though

Ye sorry, jesus that does'nt seem like two years ago! Would seem mad if it is literally just an oval. Should be a good show though. Just a shame they could'nt use the Phoenix Park as a base for something like this.
Sent you a pm there gav

I'll be at this for sure. Not 100% on the details just yet but think I'll try and bring the 33 along.

Finally got her cleaned today ahead of this. She is in a bad need of a clay bar because the tree in front of my our house gunked all these brown spots all over her

Hi Gav,

What's the deal with this? We have a reserved area for Alfaowner as long as we have purchased a ticket from your link above?

Are you down for the Friday and Saturday? If I can wangle the time I might be on for getting down early Saturday and staying over Saturday night - but depends on how work pans out. I'll be able to get into the rarefied glory of the alfaowner area anyway?

You surely will Cian. I'm heading down on the Friday and staying the Saturday night as well in the city a place called Pery Square I think.
Does anyone know a good place to meet up at beforehand to go in convoy?

What time are you heading down on Friday?

The jackpot would be getting enough time free to head down on Friday but I think it's pretty unlikely...

No plan as such, I have a half day from work. I plan on coming home, grab a bite then head, probably between 2 and 3 maybe.
