Anyone use Clareview Motors in Limerick?

Hi all.
had a few problems with my 159..been taking it to my local mechanic since I got it, lately he has been making the problems worse rather than fixing them. I might bite the bullet and go to an Alfa dealership..in my case Clareview Motors in Limerick...has anyone here used them and if so are they any good?

Pete

There was a guy on here who bought a 146 Cloverleaf about a year ago, think his has a username "Vandamme" or something. He used to work in sales in the Fiat / Alfa Dealership on the Dock Road in Limerick- I think this place went bust and Clareview Motors bought a lot of the Alfa Stock (including my car before it was bought new!). You could chance dropping him a PM he might know the mechanics now working in Clareview.

Thanks lads.
Had the passenger side wing mirror kicked off over Christmas. Dropped my car in to have it replaced...since then been getting terrible wind noise from that side..have looked on-line and it is an issue with 159's..it can be sorted but I reckon the mechanic I use is just not up to the job..the sound is doing my noggin in, especially on long journeys.

I saw your previous post about those scumbags who kicked your mirror off. Didn't you also have a problem with somebody key-ing your car too?

Anyways I hope you get it sorted- it's a shame you can't own a nice car without it being vandalised. Let us know how you get on with the lads in Clareview.

Also keep an eye out in the future for a black 07 LK reg GT as I do be in Limerick a bit
