Heart over head?

2+ years I used to own a quite nice 156 '00 2.oTS for more than 4 years. Dermo knows the one, it was almost able to keep up to him going to Athlone a few years back.

2+ years ago before I sold it, to a Polish woman with a fine rack, I converted it back to standard spec. I had removed the upgraded brakes & suspension from it. Other mods that I made were not so easy to remove & were left on the car, including GTA'd headlights.

Now move on 2+ years this car is for sale again. Should the heart over rule the head & buy it back. despite the lack of pictures & details in the on-line ad I know that it is my old car + I can hear it calling my name.

I always wanted to fit leather interior into it, as it originally had Green Velour seats in it, + fitting side skirts. 2+ years ago such jobs seemed such difficult task to perform but today I wouldn't think twice about doing them.

I have other mod's planned for it too, if I were to buy it back.

Suggestion appreciated

Well my 147 2.0 ltr is owned by pabliola on here and it was sad to see it at adare , its just the state that it was in , nothing to do with pabliola it was in a sorry state when he bought it but he is doing as much as he can to get it back to as good as it can be , even though I love the 166 and woudnt go back would love to see my Ti as well. If you are going to keep it to run as your own go with it, you probably have room where you live so if its withing reason go for it .. You probably would have kept up with me only for the spoiler

Run away with my wife kill my child but dont touch my car

I know Damo won't come up with stupid numbers just for showing off.. But 20k is a bit mental.. You could've bought an entire coffee shop

Yep it was 20k sunk into that car. Between crashing it and fixing it and buying suspension, wheels, tyres, loads of oil, new timing belt, new head gasket, new wishbones, getting the bumpers painted, buying brand new headlights, alarm, braided brakelines, new pads and discs, new rear brake lines, sound deadening custom make door pods and tweeter pods, BMC CDA for it, full exhaust system, the list goes on lol.
