Irish equivalent to howmanyleft

Anyone know if there's an Irish equivalent to the howmanyleft.co.uk site in the UK?

Is pretty good - you get to see how many of your car are licensed on the road, registered, etc..

e.g. For the 2.4jTDM SV (ALFA ROMEO BRERA SV JTDM - How Many Left?) there were 876 cars registered, and only 819 licensed on the road, i.e. 57 gone.. Mine is one of those 57 as I brought it over here..

Would love to know how many Brera's are on the roads here.. not many I suspect, but there has been a slight increase in the last year - probably more UK imports...

I've never seen one.

Motorcheck.ie provided detailed info for all registrations up until sometime last year, you could break down the numbers by brand, model, fuel type, emissions, colours, county etc which was interesting but that's now only available to registered traders

..bit out of date, but anyhow;

alfas taxed in RoI as of 31st Dec 2008;

145 - 106
146 - 510
147 - 1035
155 - 47
156 - 4507
159 - 535
164 - 20
166 - 42
Brera - 64
GT - 372
GTV - 34
Other - 1039*
Spider - 84

*the peak year for "other" is 2001 with 354 cars, the 2002 with 199, and 111 in 2003, so a fair proportion of the "other" category could be 156s as well

159 3.2

If you go by the owners register thread, 40% of the country's 166's are on this site and 23% of 155's Can't believe how few Brera's and GTV's also. I guess "other" could mask a lot even if are mostly 156s.

..i suppose you also have to take into account that those figures are for cars that were taxed on that date. For instance i probably had three 164s at that time, but most likely only one (or maybe two) of them was taxed.. the others were in "project" mode..

also, some cars will have died since 2008, but a small number will have been imported as well. still interesting though..

I think somebody posted the total sales figures on here before as well..? from memory there were about 400 155s, 400 164s, 400 166s... and 7000 156s.
