Recommend me a body work repair shop

No don't worry, I didn't crash the GT

Some clown has scratched my car reversing into the car park space beside mine he tried to cover it up by brushing some of it away

Nothing major though- just a few scratches on the rear bumber and the outermost flare on the wheelarch.

Any of you lads have any recommendations for body shop specialists (pref in Dublin area) that do a good a job?

PM Cibo. He's had his Spider repainted a while back, and I've seen his car. Looked really great.

What he said! They did a great job for him from what I could see. We saw it only a few weeks after it was done though.

Paschal Ryan.
He is on arbour hill in dublin 7.
Most particular worker I've ever met. Did a magnificent job on my car, blended to perfection, nobody would ever know it had been repaired. Flawless worker and will do it over a weekend if you ask him nicely. Tell him patrick in the glimmer recommended him to ye.

That was the damage done to mine, small but annoying, must get some after pictures up too.

Scratches look somewhat similiar to yours Paddy, without the indendations. So hopefully not too much of a fix. Pain in the **** more than anything else.

Let this be a lesson to you as it was for me, park in the furthest spot, avoid parking beside people carriers, learner cars, yummy mummy 4x4's, micras, and anything with a baby seat in the back.

Or, like me, just take up two parking spaces...

Better than having your car "dinged". I don't do it if there are a lack of spaces. Usually go to the other side of the car park where its empty, and have my 2 spaces..

Thanks Paddy will note that for various jobs that need doing - is he good at getting rid of rust?
And will he work on older motors?

haha i know...unfortunately its a guy in our apartment block who parks beside mine. It is a tight fit but manageable.

I noticed a small scratch a few weeks ago and then discovered bigger marks last night, along with the dust removed from in and around the scratches meaning he tried to pull a fast one and hope I wouldn't notice... I could see that his bumper and wing mirror are exactly the same height fas the scratches. I approached him and then he admitted it straight away !

That's one way to increase the chances of someone keying your car

sorry to hear that MJ, I part own the 33 George (pendragonfalls) mentioned earlier and can highly recommend Shane but would also highly recommend Dennings just off the M50 at the Spawell, they have been in the business years and have a very good rep. If you do contact Shane tell him Mark and George who have the red 33 gave you his name,
