Excess gone mad.

As someone succinctly said.

Big difference between buying a "Ferrari" and "buying" a Ferrari.

The worst thing is not the madness of buying a car in several colours or having cars made, its the fact they are left to rot.

Its a relatively poor country, they should be able to sell off these assets to help their people. Im sure selling off some of the very rare and one off cars could probably fund a new hospital or a school, but as they rot more and more they will be worth less and less.

True shame.
