Hypothetical question

So if a person in a 156 gta was a little upset about being undertaken on a roundabout by a BMW 323 and proceeded to accelerate to unacceptable speeds to put said 323 in ones place should she/he expect to hear a beep when the limiter tries in vain to restrict the top speed to 155.
Purely hypothetical question, I would never promote excessive speed on our roads, safety always.

I don't know but knowing Italian designers there is no way they would allow a silly synthetic beep interfere with the sound of that V6.

EDIT hypothcialy since you own a GTA what would it feel like?

And one ask's why do we dislike Beemer drivers ... hypothcialy speaking that is... its probably the speed limit setting which is probably set at 155 , then again this answer is only hypothetical and doesnt matter

Please Note that no BMW drivers were hurt in the making of this reply

The only reason I thought a gta was limited was http://www.autodeltashop.com/product...roducts_id=235

This is fitted to my gta so I was wondering would mine beep if I went this speed.

I'm sure the hypothetical driver would have a huge stupid grin on his face when it hit 155mph and kept accelerating and maybe the beep would be the sound of the failure of the BMW, not sure as it didn't happen in reality. Poor BMW drivers really are disliked by hypothetical alfa driver's....

I say he went home and tried to make love to his wife but realised he wasn't man enough anymore. So he went outside and torched the beemer. And is out car hunting today.

Seeing as the top speed on paper is 155, let's say 160 mph.

Like finding oneself in a tunnel at that speed - hypothetically knew a guy who went about 15-20 shy of that in a 164 V6...
