Problems with Gazellaracing.com : (

Hi all.
Ordered some stuff from Gazzellaracing.com in November. Have only received one part of that order. Have phoned and e-mailed them on several. I only get the automated mail back from them, I have also left several voice-mail messages for them but have heard nothing back from them Now I am 200 out of pocket and still waiting for my parts. Any ideas on what I should do next?

Pete

I would contact Trading Standards and speak to them as to what is best.

If you paid by credit card ring your credit card company up as well. They will be able to take this further for you.

Good luck

Yea if you're getting nowhere with this company then call your credit card company. They will give you a fax number to fax through a cover letter of complaint and any email correspondence you've had with this company.

The CC company may take approx 30 days to process your complaint, and you should receive a refund..

Best of luck!!

Sorry to hear this company's name being mentioned again! I ordered a Ragazzon exhaust from them last year and it took months and months to arrive - when it did arrive it was dented, probably due to being packaged in an orange box (fruit not colour!).

They don't hold stock - despite what their website and sales guy tell you, so you could be waiting a long time for your parts to arrive (or as in some unlucky punters cases not arrive at all!). Get your money back from the credit card company and try elsewhere for the bits you need.

They are always slow for me but never have had anything missing but then I did only order an exhaust off them. I think Alfisti is meant to be better for future reference but as the lads said get onto your CC company and see how you can try and claim back the money.

Why do companies do this to themselves?

This is another post that Google will pick up the next time a prospective customer decides to do some research..... and then kill a sale...
