Normal or Disturbed?

I love driving in the snow! slipping and sliding, spinning wheels, seeing eijets in jeeps thinking that their 4x4 is a snow mobile but realising that it isnt when they mount a footpath and plow a post box out of it!
It makes my normal day driving feel like a pro drift session with mika hakkinen.
Anyone else feel the same or am i abit wrong in the head

Dublin on a saturday night, The cars on the road are 90% Taxi's, of which 80% are crap drivers!
Bring snow, ice and freezing fog into the picture and you have hours of sideways fun, waving out the side windows at people in the taxi behind you. And breaking your hole laughing at the beemers abandoned on the footpaths!
Then throw in some gob****e that throws a snowball at your car and then goes flying on his face into the picture and... I Love Snow!!

I love the snow, my car did a 180 this morning approaching traffic lights, the rear pads were still stuck to the discs so the fronts kept spinning, after 5 minutes they released and all was normal, anytime there is cold weather the rears stick I keep forgettting to stick it ingear then switch off the engine rather than using the hanbrake.
I got a taxi home last night after 4am and the driver was Czech, conditoins didnt bother him at all, obviously used to driving in the snow, we are useless at it

I love the snow and ice too it means that all the bad drivers end up in ditches (mostly Beemers !) and leaves the roads clear for me to go about my buisness

The Irish taxi lads were well in their leaba at 3am, they see any ice and they stay at home!
Some of the foreign drivers are good in the ice alright, some people are terrified of it! People need to just take their time, no sudden movements, and yer sound!
An extra spicy schwarma mate? You should've been able to propell yourself home using short bursts of anal leakage!

Seriously now.. The amount of people that have absolutely NO idea how to drive in the snow is appaling. Tap the brakes constantly, tailgating, not bother to clean up the car properly off snow. I know we don't get a lot of snow around here, but surely if they're not competent in the snow, just leave the dam car at home.

Was thinking about investing in a set of snow/winter tyres, Looks like this weather is here to stay and i'm struggling a little for grip on slopes.
Google threw this up WeissSock Anti-Skid Traction Device for Tyre Size : 225 / 45 R17 The Weiss Snow socks are super-strong textile socks which you slip over the drive wheels to provide the grip you need on ice and snow. They

I'm sceptical that they'd be any good any opinions?
