Gosh no I didnt would'nt have the tools to do the work but will have to get a "loan" of a Lift to do some of the surface rust. The guy who did the work said that it wasn't bad at all for the year . Now all I need is to NCT it will be booking that 2moro some time

I would think the guy that did the work would have said something but I will check them when I get it up on the ramp. Yes oem parts except for the Merc bush bought them off Donohoes in Dublin . I got parts that I didnt need (as the NCT didnt specify !) but Donohoes wont take them back , but will hang on to them ( I have to anyway !) Made a Fatal mistake of not asking would they take them back If I didnt use them ! Anyway it is a "new" car

Well its only a money making racket . A girl in work brought a 96 Nissan Sunny in to the same centre , this car never saw a bit of wax or oil and sailed through but my 156Ti failed on 0.08 rear tracking . When I brought it back after paying the 50 for tracking they drove the car in one side and out the other without stopping (i was watching them) and passed the car . 29 yoyo's poorer a real joke .

..thanks for the spin dermo.. hope you weren't getting too nervous there.. ! she's a lovely car...

but yeah, the rebuild makes a massive difference. the 166 has lots of passive rear-wheel steer, and when everything is the way it should be the car feels small and nimble, with great turn-in.. you can feel the back turning-in instantaneously with the front as you steer into a corner.

so i suppose that's my next project then... €€€ !!

Neither can I. So much more planted on a back road and I thought it was good before it was done. And the V6 sound also
