Hi All
Just in case you missed it elsewhere, O'Donohoes are having a stock clearance and have tonnes of stuff that they have to get rid of with up to 60% discount apparently.
If anyone is interested see the attached spreadsheets.
Here's a link to the eper (you'll need it to make sure youknow you are getting the right thing)

Cheers you can tell how eager they are by the fact they called the spreadsheets "obsolete stock"!!

FYI, I think the second spreadsheet is a more comprehensive list despite the title of it. The first attachment he said it is less than half of the full list, then the second he sent later in the day and said it was the "Full list excluding any body/bumper panels"

I just outlined the parts I was interested in and got a price from them. ePer has the retail price attached to the part numbers iirc. the stuff I got had a 70% discount on list.

Just came back from O'Donoghue's with a new wiper motor for me 156.....i decided to buy a new one so i dont have to worry about it packing up in a couple of weeks and if it does i can bring it back.
I cant believe how easy the fitting job is either.
Yesterday i had to strip the drivers door trim out to fix the little bar on the back of the door handle cos somehow it had fallen off. That was a job and a half. Very frustrating. Now i feel i can take on the world, lol.
Next job is to sort the rattle in the front suspension. Last year it had all the bushings underneath done so i'm not sure whats making the rattle noise. Sounds like a loose spring, maybe......funny it doesnt rattle in the wet cold weather. If it's sunny and warmish out it rattles then. I'll let ya's know how i get on.

No, they're still on the Kylemore Road. Although i didnt go in the front gate. I went in the side gate and into the back of their workshop which looks like it has changed around quite a bit, but its still there.

Donohoes have had some changes over the past few months. The Sales Dept is gone, as they are now only a Service Dealer. The Service Dept has re-located to a different part of the city, and the stores remains at the old premises.
The obsolete stock may or may not be still available, as the person involved with compiling it will be moving on in the New Year.

When i wrote this i had half taken out and replaced the old dodgy motor whilst waiting til i had got the new motor. At that time i thought the job was a proverbial piece of p**s.
Having got the new motor during the snow i decided to fit it. Man, did this job take a whole new direction. I have since had the motor on and off again 3 times now. The motor itself is fine but the positioning of the wipers are way off.
At present the "home" position is halfway across the windscreen. When i turn the wipers on they travel halfway down the windscreen. Then they do a full sweep of the windscreen and return to the home position in the middle of the windscreen....i'm losing my marbles at this stage. Has anyone on here ever had a problem like this and if so, how did they sort it out.
Suggestions gratefully received.
Anyone ??
