He was absolutely hustling the 166 on the back road through spain. And to be fair I'd class the 166 as a 7 series and S class competiter than a 5 Series

The thing that amazed me most about those videos is they actually reviewed cars... I found it (personally) more entertaining than the latest offerings. Don't worry, don't want this thread to descend into a "I love/hate Top Gear because.....".

I always wondered if Tiff and JC had a behind the scenes falling out of sorts a long time ago? At least Tiff seems to be able to steer a car around a track somewhat... but yeah I agree, he's a pure BMW man alright.. Each to their own and all, but he's wrong obviously!

Totally agree with you about the car reviews, accessable car reviews are few and far between on top gear these days, I was really looking ofrward to them reviewing the Giulietta or even the MiTo for that matter (they never really did a decent one for the MiTo), I was a bit annoyed there was actually only 5 episodes this series as well.

Tiff is a great driver but having been a professional touring car and F1 driver he'd need to be

TG has lapsed into a total homage to the sickening prat Clarkson. I wouldn't waste my time tuning into see him having his ego massaged by his two lap dogs.

Cars, what cars?

I do enjoy the humor and the reviews that they do, but I wish they did more of the stuff that they do in TG magazine, there was an amazing hot hatch shoot off in the last mag, who knew that the Clio Renault Sport 200 was the best, and FYI the MiTo QV was the slowest on the track, but was the favourite for teen girls!!

I like Cherb enjoy seeing them actually reviewing a car and taking it for a spin the way it should be and they could do that inconjunction with doing the mad crap that they normally do too.

I think Tiff and him are still good friends because he has been on a good few of his DVD's clarkson racing him in a SC'd Jag XJR and Tiff in a E39 M5

I like the new TG (even though its on series 15...). Yeah, ok, it doesnt seem to actually review cars the way it used to but to be fair its more like mates chating about cars and we all do that. If you and two of your mates could mess around with a big budget and unlimited amounts of cars it would probably end up looking alot like new TG.

Granted I do think the Clarkson DVD's are hard to watch and everything Hammond is in is complete rubbish...
