Alloys please

Is there anyone out there on the island of ireland who's upped their 17"s for something else and that is now looking to sell? My 159 is still on hubs but I can't afford anything other than a 2nd hand set - I've had some kind offers but I also can't afford the shipping from the uk. So please bear me in mind if you're changing up! I quite like the stock 17" straight alloys but I'd look at anything!

What's your budget? Have you had a look at e-bay Italy? What sort of quotes did you get for shipping from the UK?

Well..... I don't want to quote PM's so I'll link the original thread I replied to:

linky

But the shipping was almost the price the lad was asking for the wheels (which was a very good price), I suppose as to a budget I'd have to see the wheels, I was thinking second hand because of the value to be had, a set of second hand 159 wheels is only as valuable as us alfisti assign to them whereas I don't have a grand to be laying out on ebay ya know? I only wanted to spend a few hundred to be honest...?

Hi Supersaint3,

Have a look at the "cork to swansea" thread on here . Maybe you might be able to get the guy to bring a set over if he can ? May save on postage ? Worth a try ? Thats if the guy has space and you can find a set near the time he's coming?

and for the sake of a few shekels the callipers are a nice little addition, still only a 1.9
