Hi

Iím putting up my 06 GT for sale shortly. I was going to try my luck on trade in as Iím planning on buying the Giulietta anyway but I would consider cash buyer in the meantime.

Sportivo model -1.8l TS 140bhp
Approx 40k miles
FARSH
17í spoke style alloys
Timing belt changed at 36k miles
Black with cream leather interior
Air conditioning, Cruise control, 10 CD changer in the boot
Tracking recently done
Very clean car
2 owners from new
Dublin area and a ĎDí reg

Iíd be looking for a bit more that 10.5k though so may not suit if that is your absolute limit but Iíll put up a few pics if you do have interest

Try
donedeal.ie
cbg.ie
carsireland.ie
buyandsell.ie
carzone.ie
bendunne.com
octane.ie

There is a few more. Personally I go for private sales because they are always easier to bargain down then bring it to a proper Alfa mechanic with the money you saved to give it a good once over.

Cyrus-I've seen your thread on Boards, and I'd say something's gotta give unless you are prepared to wait. You might get the cheapest one on Carzone for your budget, but choice in Ireland is very limited and it's not the sort of car that typically won't be advertised in the usual places.

This one is owned by a guy on Octane

Mileage is high, but it's got some nice extras.

This one is also in budget and looks decent to me

maybe im looking for too much, but ive seen a few 1.8s go thro second hand dealers with 40-50k on them for less than budget, and she doesnt care about the power so the 1.8 would be fine,

maybe its just not to be for her
