Four wheel alignment

So, after getting my new tyres, where should I take the car to get 4 wheel alignment done? Preferrably in Dublin, and where the side skirts won't be bent due to muppets not knowing how to lift a car.

Dave McCann in Coolmine is your only man.

I used a place in Tallaght the last time and even though I told them to ignore the computer and set the toe to 0, I'm pretty sure they ignored me.

I now have printouts from 3 different places and none of them look the same.

I've been there 2 years ago, but he couldn't set it up properly... I want to get the following settings:
front semi toe in -1 mm
rear semi toe in +1.5 mm
and afaik the camber is not adjustable on the 166.

I haven't heard of anyone else recommended. You might try Octane, or maybe Boards.

Got mine done in Fast Fit in Goatstown - lad on Octane manages it and looked after me personally. He'll take care of the Alfa, but don't know if they do tailored adjustments never having done that type of thing on my cars. His name is Darragh if you want to phone him up to ask.

Jomo out in Wicklow is your only man. It'll cost about 50 notes but my lord that man knows how to set up suspension. Mine was terrible before he did it to be fair.

I thought you were only looking for alignment?

If you need tyres fitted, try Dial-a-tyre or the tyre place next to Maxol in Sandyford (I'm not sure on the name).

Or check the Eiretyres website

x2

I use Sandyford Maxol just at the M50 bridge off Sandyford Road. Think it's 20 a corner. It's a very emm basic set-up, but they do the job.

I had to get 2 new tyres, because the rear ones are worn on the inside. then I wanted to get them aligned.

Always find a tyre place before ordering tyres online as many won't fit tyres if you don't buy them there. I don't know why though as most places make their money on fitting the tyres not selling the tyres

I was told that if they fit the tires I bought somewhere else, and "something happens" they will be hold responsible.
