Welcome to Alfa ownership Bat. Think someone posted that up before actually, great combo. Has it had its belts done recently?

Cheers.

Yeah it was me that posted it up. It has had the belts done very recently. Needs a bit of wirk. It needs the manifold to be welded as there is a big leak there and there is a gasket missing from the engine cover but not too much cash to be put into it. I managed to get the price down to reflect the work needed though.

Yes she does look a nice one and you can't beat having leather for that price . Just keep an eye on the oil every month and you'll be fine

Okay. I drove her back from Enniscorthy last night. The weather was a bit ****e tbh but i gave it a bit of welly. LOVE IT! I love the sound of it compared to the v-tech. It's a completely different beast though. It hasn't got the low end pull that the v-tech has but is more evenly spread.

I nearly crashed on the way to work this morning because i kept looking at my lovely seats
I really love the way my GF was complaining that she couldn't see the time or the speedo on the dash/ ecntre console this morning because the clocks were all pointed towards me................. Thats because it's my car woman!!

They all do that.

Congrats and well wear. Now you can keep an eye out on around Glen of the Downs for a red sport wagon and vice verse. I think I saw that other sport wagon last night. Was it wine ? gave the the fella a finger lift but got nothing back. Boo

I'll keep an eye out for ya! The one i saw was a sort of champagne colour (sorry lads i don't know the official names for the colours). I have to get used to this waving to other drivers thing. I used to do it for the laugh with other accord bretheren but the majority were either over 70 or little scobes so never got a response.

Congrats, all the new Alfas seem to be like that, my 155 included. The torque is spread out, you really have to rev the crap out of them to get them going but thats no harm adds to the fun

So its more about meeting to eat biscuits then. I like the sound of that.

I had a 1.8 Accord. Nice to drive but very "sterile" (for want of a better word)

Not in mine it doesn't. Not yet anyway. I need to get the mani and lambdas sorted. The power just stops @ 5,000. I still love the car though. I think it's something that i will never sell tbh .It's my favorite one and i've had a few. I just can't wait o get my engine sorted and hopefully the misus will buy me a set of eibachs for chrimbo!
