I think Angel tuning over here do it. Depending on where you live AI Autosport AI Autosport : Welcome Would be a good bet as Phil is already a member here and can supply you with one of the best Piggy back ECU's on the market rather cheaply compared to down south. But you can also go to Martin Treacy in Enfield in Westmeath

Red Dot in Watford have a good reputation: Red Dot Racing -- Braking Products OBD tuning Rolling Road

Also Angel Tuning are good, their maps are good for improving the car's responsiveness and feel, but in my experience anyway they are sometimes not exactly true with their power claims.

Re: Alfa romeo 147 1.6 TS Remapping

I had my 1.6 done at reddot in watford. Gave a discount for paid up Alfaowner members too. Should be in the ballpark of £200.
I have pulled mine up from 117bhp to 133!
You may not get the same but then again you might get more!

Well reccomended

EDIT:
Just noticed you are in ROI.
Might be a bit too much of a trip out for you to sunny Watford.

Angel have a new rep here (Co. Tyrone based) so you could try him through their web site. They can't make it to the Dublin meet on Saturday which is a pity.

Angel is rated highly IMO amongst members here also. Should give a bit of fizz back to the wee twinny

Not much choice really is there in Ireland apart from some feens with eBay software ready to ruin your ecu...

Tyrone/Watford, dunno which would take longer, at least the drive back from either would/should be fun... Tis tough to justify it though unless you make a weekend trip out of it and take a monday off work or so

Anyone use either of these for a remap?

Re: Alfa romeo 147 1.6 TS Remapping

That first thread seems ok, no experience with them though. Thing I would worry about with any remapping with my JTS would be they would simply take out the lean burn program so while more gains down low, my fuel bill would rocket a nice amount. I'm getting 31/32 on average over long mileages which is very nice considering mixed driving roads (motorway/city) and styles (7k/coasting!) combined
