Takes ages to sync emails in the mornings and a colleague has had emails get filtered without any filters active.

Folder view just disappears from time-to-time.

And the whole layout in general is poor.

Sack of poop.

There are no really good email clients. At all.

I put up with Thunderbird and Outlook but they're really both sh-sh-sh-...

New Outlook / Office 365 integrates nicely with other Apps like Team Viewer and GoToMeeting etc.

Lotus Notes is a complete pile of and I know, having worked on it for several years at an IBM Business Partner. Hasn't really moved on in the last 10 years and can't compete either!

I bet you Notes lovers, still use Amipro and 1-2-3

At the end of day, pretty much every company these days will be operating latest versions of Office/Outlook - got a few clients in the Google Cloud, which is a cool solution.

If you're not on the "Bus" with it, you're gonna have problems where you work, or if going for a new job that requires you to be up to speed with the latest Tech.

It's here to stay -- so suck it up

There is something that has annoyed me since the earliest versions of Outlook when you're connected to an Exchange server: the new message flag (in the task bar and system tray) doesn't automatically reset when you read the message in another email client. The only way of resetting the flag is to open any email in Outlook.

That actually works okay with the other PoS email client we use: Touchdown.
