Sorry to hear about this. Nothing gets me in a worse mood than finding a mark on my car.
Even worse though, esspecially true to old people is not putting shopping trollys back. I have seen them just give the trollys a shove in any direction, irrelevant of what is in the way. All because they can't be arsed to push it about 100 yards.
I also give verbal abuse (not swearing but I make sure they know they are wrong and everyone around them sees it) to anyone I see dumping trollys. Even if they are old and decripid!

I take a dim view of the words "OLD PEOPLE'.
It may be that I ONE OF THEM,(OLD).
But you are I feel a little out of order,there are cases,when a persons of all ages and gender struggle with their trollys, some due to the fact that they have missbehaving off spring,some because
They cannot be bothered,this applies to all ages and gender.
I will be a little cheeky and ask, " Do you make a habit of asking any person with empty,loaded trolly, if they require a hand?"
Please do not take offence, but generalization can offend people.
