How are you?

"I'm good"

No, you're not good. You're well.

God will decide if you're good!

And why is everything "No problem".

"Here's your change."
"Thank you."
"No problem."

Since when has being thanked for a service been a problem?

One thing that winds me up more than it should in Ireland is when you go into a pub (or shop etc.) and instead of saying something like "Can I help you?" they say "Are you all right?" When you respond with a "yes" (because you're feeling fine) then they consider that to be job done and wander off. If I'm feeling obtuse then I reply "I'm fine, thank you for asking, but I'm feeling a bit thirsty.." which elicits the sort of look normally associated with alien landings.

or, "Did you find all that you needed today sir?"

Well, no, not really. On your shelves, I didn't find the love of my life, my lost youth, the car of my dreams, the reason as to why I have never watched Blade Runner, nor a small stash of cash that'll keep me happy when i'm older. That said, you have a good range of cheese and wine, though

I hate cold calls from complete strangers which start:-

"Hello Mr R how are you today"?

I have been known to reply:-

"Why the F would you care?'

It's possibly worse, if your not acknowledged when you interact with some of theses people, is it not?

Then the rant would be "ignorant bastids"

Whenever I'm asked if I am OK I reply...

...No, but thanks for asking!

This is usually met with giggles

Are they laughing at my ailments or embarrassed for asking

As I am now a long time fully qualified sufferer of the' Victor Meldrew' syndrome, I just love replying sarcastically, to the likes of that which have been mentioned by fellow sufferers here on AO?Tops!
