Pondlife!!!!

Anyone know this regestration S724 VBC ??

It belongs to a grey 156 2.0 Twinspark, last seen heading at approximately 60mph along the A172 from Stokesley into Redcar at just before midday today. Nothing wrong with that you might think.... Except for the fact that the driver was letting his cretinous offspring empty all the rubbish they had accumulated in the car out of his rear window Plastic bottles, crisp/sweet wrappers, cardboard, empty fag packets ect ect.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing! We passed him in the overtaking lane (shaved bald head, tattoos up the neck ect) and he was just going along like nothing had happened. He must have seen the stuff bouncing along the road in one of his mirrors!!

If you are that person and you are reading this then you should be ashamed of yourself. If not for that fact that you are littering scum then for the fact that you are teaching your child to be one as well

Owning an Alfa is not a matter of life or death...... It's much more important than that.

Re: Pondlife!!!!

Perhaps his brain has not quite understood that re-cycling should involve throwing himself and the kids out as well. So the local council can stuff Em' all in the alligator. Oops! No meat or bones, forgot that.:

Re: Pondlife!!!!

Yeah, that sort of thing really annoys me too. Today a car in front of me decided to eject some litter which bounced all over the carriageway on the M40, very dangerous at high speed; and to think I was driving a marked vehicle, some people have no manners; and no brains

Re: Pondlife!!!!

I want a video camera in my car to catch all the prats doing stuff like that so that I can report them to the Police.
And I want scrolling text displays at the bottom of the front and back windows which contain easily selectable slogans like 'have you forgotten where your indicator is?', 'why are you changing lanes like a pr1ck?', 'are you too stupid to know what to do at roundabouts then?', 'why are you dropping litter, you cretinous chav?' etc, etc.
It'd make me feel a whole lot better!

I was looking into one of those. But to post
stuff on Youtube, not tell the cops. (I will
no longer be offering any co-operation to the poulets.)

There was one being developed by Fujitsu-Ten(Eclipse).

And another cheaper one was in development last year.

Mostly for insurance/accident blackbox function.

I think it's something that'd take-off. The main issue
is getting the mount and focus right.

Re: Pondlife!!!!

The trouble is Nev, in the same way that ASBO's have become a 'badge of honour' among chav pondlife, I can see the perpetrators of roadcraft travesty enjoying the notoriety of starring on Youtube. I guess the only thing for it is to start a highway vigilante movement, to 'deal' with severe transgressors...

Re: Pondlife!!!!

Way too many line breaks there Dazza

And littering is just not on, Alfa drivers should especially know better. You expect it from a Beemer, but not an Alfa

Re: Pondlife!!!!

PondSCUM, please...

There's lots of beauty in much of what lives in ponds, not to mention other things like dragonflies etc. that live near them...

Pondscum, on the other hand....

I agree wholeheartedly with your post, though... Just shows, it takes all kinds....

Re: Pondlife!!!!

Karn, if I were you I'd report it to the police - certainly in North Wales littering is a hot topic.

I went to the West Midlands Safari park last week, and some idiot woman allowed her kids to throw a sweet rappers out - as we were going through the lions' enclosure
