Alfa Romeo UK

Do these people want to sell new cars?

I recently requested a brochure for the Brera that I was promised would be delivered within 3 working days.

3 weeks later I get a small Alfa Romeo range brochure with a covering letter stating that they are unable to supply a Brera brochure.

If they can't even supply a brochure that, lets face it, is only a few sheets of glossy paper, what chance has anyone got of getting a new car when promised.

Re: Alfa Romeo UK

When I went to the Dealer to pick up My car a Guy walked in and asked for a Brera Brochure and they didn't have one, this guy just shook his head and left.

Obviously a previous customer.

Nah, liked the look of the A4 Avant S-line SE 2.0T with 220 bhp. Looked great, but drove like zzzzzzzzzz.

Apparently the print run is exhausted and they are having more printed. The good news is that the accessories brochure should be available at the same time and soon.

Allegedly.

Re: Alfa Romeo UK

I think it's not so much about Alfa, Honda or whatnot but good ol' British customer lack of service

Re: Alfa Romeo UK

Had a similar customer 'service' experience from ARUK when I rejected my first 159. They told me that they could no longer deal with me because I had rejected the car. I suggested that the words 'customer service' might suggest that they should be able to help me. Instead, some halfwit said "no we really just deal with goodwill gestures!" Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice

Re: Alfa Romeo UK

On the plus side it does mean that there's alot of interest in the Brera to exhaust the stock in the first place....
