Autotrader Web Site Beta

Arghhh,

Apart from AO I spend the rest of my life on autotrader loking for the next Alfa and I've now been forced to start using their Beta site. WTF. They obviously thought were fed up with our market leading position and want to throw it down the pan by having the worlds worst designed web site that freezes and crashes every ten seconds and gives our users a headache when they try to look at a car.

I don't even know where to start on how bad the design is. Its that bad i may have to put down the keyboard and go and do something useful instead but then how will I find my next Bella

I went on on Monday to see what kind of price I might expect for the wifes Mini Convertible (sssshhhhh don't tell her)
I ended up giving up after it froze my ruddy laptop 3 times! If you want me to wargame your crap website then pay me what I am worth!

Like I said in the other thread - I think its great

Responsive, far from clunky -mind you I've been using IE8 - It could be that anything else is Foxing your system and that could be the reason why its not all shiny and chrome like

That's the operative word for me. I run Google Chrome as my preferred browser, and the new Autotrader site is very whizzy on that. No stalling, crashing, dodgy graphics, placeholders or waiting around for Morgan!

I use Google Chrome too and it's slow and laggy. I really don't see what was wrong with the old style.

I have no problem with functionality (ugly word, that!), it's just the look of it - website design by Fisher-Price.

I can't remember the last time I used the Autotrader website.

As I tend to only buy Fiats and Alfa's I usually only look on here, Pistonheads and Ebay.
