Getting tired of this...

So, Dealer has had the Brera since last wednesday.

AFter ringing up on Friday afternoon was told they needed
a part for the engine management.

Called this morning... "Errrrr I'll check and call you back."

3 hours later... "No we didn't order the part."

So I've got a business trip to do and no car.

I'm going to have to hire a car, again.

As it's a bank holiday tomorrow, they won't get the part until Wednesday or Thursday.
And I don't get back until Friday night which means no Brera until at least Monday.

This is ********, Time to quit Alfa?

I'm going to book a test drive with that Megane Coupe.....

Christ, has it come to this?!

Re: Getting tired of this...

Depends on which one you buy, my Clio Sport was very fun, and the new hot megane's are supposed to be very accomplished cars.

Re: Getting tired of this...

Just went round (In my Hertz A4 Avant) to pick up my
TomTom mount/supply and Autoroute Pass badge.

The Brera is in bits. No idea of a delivery time.

I just took my stuff and left.

It's had a very mild, almost imperceptible stutter when cruising
at a constant speed for a week or so, followed by the inevitable
"Have Engine Checked" warning on constantly.

They seem to have ID the problem, just they all knocked
off for a long 4 day weekend. There was 1 guy working on
cars when I "visited" their workshop.

'kers.

Still, Hertz did me good with the A4 for the price of a lower
category so customer service does have some hope here.
I should've held on the the Volvo XC90.

Sorry to hear about this Nev

The R26 would be a 'drivers car' !!

I'd consider one of those when we change the Leon
