Cloverleaf Club

Maybe not a rant, maybe just a suggestion/observation.

Just had an email from the lovely Tali at the Cloverleaf Club (well at the company ARUK pay lots of money to act on their behalf and promote the positive image of the brand).

In this one I'm invited to

"submit my Christmas Wish via the ‘I would like Alfa
to...’ box on the homepage (no Reindeer required).
We’ll be in touch if you’re chosen to receive an extra special Christmas gift from Alfa Romeo..."

Well maybe, just maybe I'd like ARUK to take responsibility for some of the issues we all have rather than hiding behind a faceless 'feel good' web site.

Do you think if enough of us submit facetious (?) wishes someone might take notice ?

Re: Cloverleaf Club

Let's not go down that road - she seems to have a fan club on here from those who've done the Cloverleaf Track Days

I can't do that. All experience I have had with Alfa and their dealers fro the last 2+ years has been positive.

As have mine with 'my' dealer but it's the others and lack of response to issues from ARUK that let the side down.

Example 1 - tyres on 159/Brera/Spider - well documented but still no consistent response

Example 2 - DPF issue (now seems to have resolved itself on mine in short term) - car was all but undriveable in Switzerland - local main dealer here agreed to do work but needed authorisation from UK. UK's words were it's not an issue until it's broken when we will recover car to UK and carry out work here - not entirely helpful (and the attitude shocked the hell out of the dealer here)

Re: Cloverleaf Club

my latest wish on the Cloverleaf site was for Alfa to take the 2.2 hesitation issue seriously, it was over a week ago and I am still waiting for a reply.

Re: Cloverleaf Club

I used to access it easily enough for Years, I've not changed anything on my set up here. I just get " Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Page "......I've tried on many other Computers too, but get the same thing. Shame really, as they looked after us backstage, at the Alfa Romeo stand at the Motor Show back in the Summer, and I like to add some feedback to the site.......
