Went to my parents today to drop my daughter of whilst we did a hospital visit.
They live along a country type road.
On a twisty-bendy section came across a 'Police Accident' sign and a load of cones what cordoned off the opposite carriage-way and about a third of the one I was on.
To my relief it wasn't an accident; but to my horror I realised it was a load of earth/rubble, a child's car seat, a fridge and other 'rubbish' that someone had obviously dumped.
This was on a road with a 60mph speed limit, un-lit and on a serious of bends.
If a car hit it there would have been a serious accident or injury, if a motorcyclist hit it he/she probably would have been killed.
How can people be so callous and have no regard to other road users - merely to save themselves a few quid
This is now the 2nd time I've seen such behaviour.
And before anyone says anything yes - I am being prejudicial by the title of this thread - but after seeing a Gippo 'invasion' of a local car park on a number of occasions and the aftermath that is left and the increase in shop-lifting that occurs etc - I don't really care
