Not Happy Someomes nicked my cat

Some robbing barsteward has nicked the cat off my works van last night , they cut it out using some sort of pipe cutter , its a clean straight cut , they also did my neighbours' van which was parked behind it . How low can people get , apparently you get 30 for them .

What a 5hite end to a 5hite week , some other fecker has keyed my bella again and broke the mirror , it also needs new shockers on the back and today i found an oil leak from the gearbox on it . And Ive had to make my only employee redundant too.

I dont think i could get any more p155ed off then i am now .

Lock-Em' up in a garage, alarmed, with good PIR illumination, then post armed guards on stag until first 'sparrow fart'.:

Re: Someomes nicked my cat

Yeah a big problem at the moment due to each CAT being worth 60-100 quid onn the black market..... you do 10 vans in few nights thats pretty good return for only small risk......shocking...

also if you get new exhaurst pipe, keep your old CAT!!! I believe its whats in the CAT that the metal merchants want...........

If they can see it, access it, they'll nick it if they can. Best to go the route of Fort Knox, or as close as you possibly can against this Thievin' Band of Scum!

Re: Someomes nicked my cat

Kwik fit quoted me £375 for a new one , rang around and found one for £84 but i have to pay a £30 surcharge because i havn't got the old cat

To be honest i didnt think a 97 plate escort 55 1.8 diesel van even had a cat fitted , but it must have , thet wouldn't just nick 2 foot of exhaust .

They get money for the old ones.

Which is why someone robbed yours.

Re: Someomes nicked my cat

There was a report on the Beeb just the other night, concerning the sudden rise in cat thefts in the UK...sorry to hear your bad news, on top of everything else you have had to deal with lately. Karma is gonna catch up with them, sooner or later..........we hope. Hang in there.

Re: Someomes nicked my cat

That's crazy but believabe. I had some local kids, no older than 12 asking me what I did with my cats while working on the Strada. After I informed them the Strada doesn't have a cat because it's too old I said if I had any I could sell them to you for £50, thinking that would shut them up they kept asking what I did with them!! When kids know that cats are worth money time to worry.

Re: Someomes nicked my cat

Thought you actually meant a cat, not an exhaust!

Lead off peoples roofs is a good one for going missing! The amount of lead jobs I've done the past few months is shocking. Houses, shops, schools even churches! No one is safe from the fiends
