Madness Car slightly vandalised! - Correction

Fortunately, nothing too bad but whilst watching a movie yesterday, had the car parked and some shmuck ripped off the plastic cover in front of the front right lights

Why would anyone want to do this?

Not nice, jealousy at it's best, or worst, I like the word Schmuck I didn;t know what it meant until lately when Iw as told it's the bit of foreskin that gets thrown away when a Jew is circumcised.

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Bad news BF but I had thought, until now, that Japan was more or less free of this sort of thing.

More disillusionment with the state of the World.

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Getting to be a world wide problem now, unfortunately.Respect has disappeared in society. What society?: I doubt it will get better, not in my lifetime anyway.

The days of tugging ones forelock to the Squire, showing that respect as was in my youth, has long evaporated. Global anarchy around the corner? But the sun is shining here very brightly today, so heads down, and man the ramparts, prepare to repel the invading rabble!

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

What pees me off the most is not so much that it'll cost way too much to fix but the fact they need to keep the car for a week or more to fix it as they need to figure out how to install it properly.

Official dealer my butt

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Worst bit here is the frequent re-occurrence of mindless damage to motor vehicles. I suppose it's youth that want it, can't get it, so will leave their mark, making a statement that they can get at us, without access to our hidden hordes. Nasty scabbie' lot, these peasants.:

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Obviously jealousy is a universal thing, but makes you wonder what might have been posed given similar circumstances here or in the UK?
Somehow I can't see the like-minded individual merely stopping at ripping off a piece of plastic or posting some chewing gum on the paint....

Still, must be pretty frustrating, hope it gets sorted relatively swift mate.

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Sorry to hear of this BF. It really annoys me when you see a beautiful car that someone has worked damned hard for, get desecrated by someone mindless numbskull. Hope its not too costly.

Re: Car slightly vandalised!

Sorry to hear it biggie. I had only owned the GTA a couple of months and some moron had tried to prise the badge of the front. I still haven't replaced it all this time on and it doesn't show that much, but every time I was the car I see it

Re: Car slightly vandalised! - Correction

~Correction~

A couple of guys on the Maser forum said that apparently these plastic caps do tend to pop off when hitting bumps at highish speed and one might have come off without me noticing (how? ).

So, it may not have actually been vandalised.

I'm glad to hear that, still you have to get the M fixed up so that's a drag.
