People exiting cars....

...with children.
Why do you insist on taking your child from the rear of the car into the road with passing cars ? Why not take the baby , even if it means you have to reach across or sit & shuffle across the rear seat & take the baby out onto the safe ,traffic free pavement!

People exiting cars....

My daughter is 3 years old and she’s always rhode in the Brera from six month old when I could fit her in the back in a front facing seat.

She was in the passenger rear until I moved her seat to the front passenger side because she had no leg room as my passenger seat only locks it one position ( all they way back ) due to it not having a height adjuster from the factory and it’s not fair to keep her in the rear with her shoes removed so she doesn’t kick the rear of the passenger seat and potentially scuff the leather.

When I drop her off at pre-school I make sure that I get out on the road side so she can exit the car on the pavement, even if I have to park out of the way because of the congestion on the schools road just so I can do so safely and not put her at risk.
Some parents expect you to have respect for their wide open car doors just because they’re loading their kids into the car.

They have no curtesy for other motorist, or even fear for their child’s safety at all

TBH I was not to much concerned about the respect for other motorists , more of the possible danger to the children.

Is it not natural selection in action?
