I believe he has lunch with Gordon Brown on a regular basis too, how distasteful they must both find that

I used to work in the printing trade, and would not give the dirty digger one penny after what he did to the industry. ******

Now Murdoch junior is crying
because the big nasty BBC
is killing "innovation"

Re: News Corp. (That's Sky, The Sun etc...)

A Murdoch accusing the BBC of anti-competitive actions?

We'll just forget about the way his old man illegally propped up Sky TV with his newspaper profits for years then, so he could kill off BSB, we'll forget about the way he secretly bought up shares in ITV to kill off competition from Virgin, we'll forget about his request to make available gratis, all the BBC's archives (Comedy, Drama, everything) to show on Sky to 'release the BBC to do the important stuff it ought to be doing', we'll forget about every stinking underhand thing his Empire has ever done...ooh, my heart is bleeding...

Hey C,

Yeah it's the innovation bit I can't help laughing at.
BSB launched with DMAC and flat, phased array
antennas.
What did Sky have? Rusty old analogue PAL.
Very innovative.

There are many digital TV providers now, all with their own PVR harddisc recorders (ie like Sky+).

Yes, sorry Nev, had to rush away to work!

Quite right, Freesat!! To go with the dish you already have! And no doubt, Topfield, Humax and the rest will be along with a dedicated PVR, PDQ (if not already) .
