Re: What do you get up to in your shed?
I have a shed full of garden machinery/ implements, left over Alfa 164 parts, largely unused bicycles, Its not a place I go to unless I have to and I don't feel a great affinity for it as it usually spells 'hard work to be done'. What I really need at present is a rotovator as my veg garden is now a jungle and I need to get it back into some kind of shape...more work..
My 'real' shed is my boat, where I can happily spend a day tinkering and pretending I'm doing something very important..whereas in fact I usually clean or polish it a bit..make a cup of coffee or soup, measure something I'l get round to repairing eventually, listen to the radio..and get to pretend I could teach Ellen Macarthur a thing or two about sailing.
