Creams are the work of the devil, a subtle lessening of the heavenly creation which is biscuit-kind.
Although bourbons are acceptable.

Fox's golden or abbey crunch are truly luscious, assuming you can still get them. Choccy hobnobs are delightful. There are too many to choose one.

Not many nowadays.: None even resemble the originals, artificial concoctions with little or no flavour I don't rate 'Em. Bring back the husks of wheat, on the old digestives.: These never fell to bits, and sank in a cuppa! Revive some standards RHM, if we please.

Hard Tack, smashed up in a pot, hot water poured over, stirred with marmalade added to the mix, porridge biscuit style, Very wholesome and filling, when you are starving hungry.
