Not a big fan of cheese, but Mozzarella is probably the least objectionable

Gorgonzola, Mountain is my very favourite.
Goats Cheese is second
Love most cheeses, but do not like the ones that have been messed with such as putting cranberries in!

Not really into cheese, but the mild stuff is sort of OK.

Mozzarella, Edam, Red leicester etc...

Most cheese from pretty much anywhere (except that Monterey Jack from the US). Munster from Alsace must be there somewhere. But if you're having it with other cheeses have it last as otherwise it will overpower many of them.

A fondue of Emmental, Gruyere and Sbrinz cheeses, with garlic, white wine, and a grating of truffle, with rough chopped baguette, ox tongue rolled into tubes and baby spring onions to dip into the hot cheesey alcoholic goodness...

So that would be cow for me.

Cow for me too.

Mild boring old cheddar, thinly sliced in a crusty white roll with a couple of cups of sweet strong tea.

I enjoyed a cheese and onion mix in Germany in years past, but I haven't a clue what the cheese was or where it came from.
