Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

Just about every 147 I see is driven by a girl.

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

A lot ARE driven by women. In fact my ex wanted one and months after splitting up asked me if she should buy one. I said lots ot bloke-ish things about servicing costs, reliability and ride comfort, and luckily she didn't get one. Thank God......sucka!

The 147 seems to be driven by both sexes and people of all ages .

Isn't that because you are looking for girls first and 147s next

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

Hmmm - thats strange. It's showing 9502 voted 'No'; but when you click on the details only 8 peoples names come up.

Wonder if Mr 'S' has something to do with that.

Oh, and congratulations on having one of the most voted upon polls Roswell

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

I've always thought of it as a girls car - I'm amazed by how many blokes on here drive one. Maybe I'm wrong - I've never actually driven one because it's too small for what I want, but it looks like a girls car to me. Sorry.

When I can have a small car again I'll have a GT.

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

Mrs Rick has just got one instead of the 145QV, so I voted Yes.

It's in Gabbiano Blue, which I understand means GirlyPowderPuff Blue and when I drive it I want to ring all my friends up and talk to them for ages and then meet up with them just an hour later. Also Heat magazine really doesn't look quite so trashy anymore.

So there you go chaps, buy a 147 and feel your feminine side.

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

Nearly every 147 I've seen is driven by a girl, so I've voted yes, but to be honest its not as girly as a Nissan Micra. I think blokes look driving them, but it is a car gilrs ten to choose more than blokes.

Ricks,

I'm sure you haven't read my earlier post Yes, I too drive an Azzurro Gabianno 147. And yes I talk for ages on the phone when I'm driving the car (pitty I don't have your number ). And yes the red leather interior makes the car very.....ehh....."cozy".....in a glossy magazine kind of way

And yes, I'm very much in touch with my feminine side . And I feel good about that

Very cosy Mel.

Mrs Rick's is Blue leather. Still cosy, not quite as tarty.

I wanted red...

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

Yes -or at least my wife's 147 is a girl's car.

Apart from that, I don't really think of it as 'girly' unlike say, a new Mini convertible, Micra, StreetKa, Beetle, etc.

Re: Is The 147 A Girl's Car?

There's a woman down my street has one but it's a 5 door. Mine doesn't look girly it looks like it'd bite your nuts off and spit them back at you.

BTW how do you do the evil smiley with horns and 'nasty pointy teeth'?
