Drunk Do you talk to your car?

I was sitting at a set of traffic lights this morning and this chick in the car next to me was chatting to her car...

I gathered this because she was in the car by herself, and she couldn't have been on the phone cause the type of stuff she was saying would only be to a car...

so go on... fess up... do you talk to your car?

I'll be the first to admit that I talk to my car... communication is the key to a strong relationship after all...

Re: Do you talk to your car?

Yes, but not all the time. There's always a "good morning, Alfa" and a "thanks for a great ride" though with a loving pat on the dash or roof. And on occasion, I'll ask her how she's feeling.

Re: Do you talk to your car?

i voted maybe....not because it won't start, but i sometimes urge her to go faster...and i called it "her", funny how that seems to suit some machines, like ships

Re: Do you talk to your car?

Only when it won't start. To be honest, I dont talk to it. I shout at it, along the lines of "Så start da for helvede, dit forpulede stykke italienske lort" I'm afraid it understands Danish tho', when I start swearingat it, it absolutely refuses to start

Of course we do. It defines us. We know "they" are the wierd ones

Re: Do you talk to your car?

When i come home after a night of overindulgence, i usually say goodnight to her on my way in the house. Once when i was really pie-faced i kissed her goodnight too!(no tongues tho)

Re: Do you talk to your car?

I talk to my car and I also do the voice of the car answering me back. Shame there isn't a "possessed by the devil" smiley!
