*Note* - I included Korma so the girlies don't feel left out.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I have no tolerance for spices at all. Had a Tikka Masala last night, and spent the rest of the night absolutely roasting hot.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

Certainly not a slimy green Thai curry
but curries they are certainly good for producing encredibly smelly farts and killing bateria on rotting meat,
and to top it off , Curry is good for making that stomach cancer grow

It's the same for me too Wrinx. I've been going for Rogan Josh recently.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I voted 'other' cos i prefer authentic Indian (and far-eastern) curries that actually taste of something, can't stand the harsh English take-away spice overload crap you get here.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I voted jalfrezi. I used to be able to eat incridibly spicy food, and once had a 'jungle curry' in a Thai restaurant. It was a little family run restaurant and when I asked for it I was warned 3 times how hot the thing was. The owners and my mates were all astonished that I managed it.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I voted other - I pretty much love them all - Jalfresi, Bhuna, Rogan Josh, Thai Red Curry, Malaysian-style, even the Japanese curries.

Unfortunately, my other half can't eat curries without an "adverse" effect , so it kind of puts her off going for a curry with me .

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

Chicken Dhopiaza, Mushroom Bhaji, Khema Naan all washed down with a bottle of Cobra lager (am a bitter man usually but has to be lager with curry!) from The Merrow Dynasty, Guildford. A perfect end to a visit to my Brother (apart from the drive back in the Alfa of course!).

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I've recently discovered "Chasni" which might be more of a Pakastani dish than Indian but it is highly addictive. It is very creamy and could be described as a chicks dish.

I sometimes start to crave it again the next day after having it, I'm sure it is full of spices and additives that do this but it really is tasty.

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

As long as you feel your heart beat in your gums I'm happy.

Have you noticed if you get a good curry using fresh chilly rather than dried you have less chance of "red ring" in the morning. Or is that just me

Re: What's Your Favourite Curry?

I like lots of different curries depending on my mood. Biryani, Korma, Passanda, Tikka Masala, Bhuna, Madras, Pindi. Probably my overall favourite is Pathia though.
