Drunk Favourite tipple?

It's Saturday night and I'm sitting in my favourite armchair with a glass of wine, so I thought to myself, how many other people are doing the same thing, and what are they drinking?

Re: Favourite tipple?

Well, women never look like complete idiots to me, after all, they are better beings than men

But in order to answer your question, it's not Baileys for sure, Red wine or Scotch single malt (Lagavullin is a (pricey) favourite of mine)

Re: Favourite tipple?

I traitorously voted for Scotch whisky.
I mean I like good Irish single Malts but I think Oban and some of the other Scotch treasures are just wonderful additions to this planet.

Cheers (hic!)

Oh gawd!!!!!!

How could I forget Baileys, the drink that gives me my monthly pay packet ???????

I have to admire your exquisite taste in Scotch though.

By the way, have you tried Talisker? It's another REALLY good Scotch single malt, a real perk of my job is that I can get all the good single malts with a company discount through the staff sales

Re: Favourite tipple?

My favourite is a 12 year old Jameson, no water, no coke, no ice. Just plain as nature intended and as a rule i'm not a whiskey lover but the 12 year old is just perfect.
I also love a Hennessy XO and a gin (Bombay Sapphire) and tonic

Re: Favourite tipple?

i voted other as you cannot beat a nice cold pint of Stella Artois imho

southern comfort mixed with either iron brew or a drop of ginger ale comes a very close second though

Re: Favourite tipple?

I've put red wine because I suppose there are quite a few reds I particularly love. But, I'm also very partial to a good port, one or two Scotch single malts (only a recent convert though), brandy, a few good ale's and new world white wines. Just depends on the mood and the situation.

Re: Favourite tipple?

Saturday. Lots of beer, a few aftershocks more beer. Apparently at one point I proclaimed I was p*55ed and started laughing hysterically. I wasn't ill, but I think I will stick to just a few beers now
