Personally, I'm an unsalted butter kinda guy. I know what butter is, I'm not at all sure what other spreads are made of.

Not on the list.

A teaspoon of butter is one point though.

I'm allowed 47 points per day plus a 49 point slush fund
for the week. The daily allowance reduces as you lose
weight.

Tuesday nights at the pub tend to use up most of the
slush fund
