Is AO too nice?

AO is a very friendly sort of place, but sometimes it feels just abit too nice, is there anyone else out there who would like to see abit more banter and controversy on here?

Re: Is AO too nice?

France couldn't be better, better weather than the UK, only a couple of hours to the ski slopes, great food, don't even get me started on the wine. St Emilion is only an hour away so drinking crap wine is never gonna happen. The good stuff from the wine cave at the end of the road is only 3€49 a litre, and if you want lager then its 2€50 for a box of 24 bottles down the local supermarket.
Am I glad I moved down here, damn right I am.

Oh and to top it all off, there is 20kms of almost empty twisting road right at the end of my drive.

Anyone going to the Pau historic grandprix in may? Thats only a couple of hours away from here as well!

Steve

I only moved so my steering wheel would be on the correct side.

Ou Ou, loads of Q4's

I thought being an Alfa driver mean't not being a sheep, well thats the message the latest Alfa ads try to convey, and it seems to me that most of the discussions on here lately are all about fish or how the lumber support of your passenger seat seems a little different to the drivers seat.

Come on everyone speak your minds, that after all is the reason you have them.

That was possibly a different matter. That was because there HAD been a big dose of controversy, we were just getting back to normal, and what you were saying was likely to re-open a great big can of worms.
No criticism of you, you quite probably didn't know what had gone before.

I think it wants to be nice.

It's easy enough to get arguments and grief elsewhere.

Scratch away at the surface of AO and suddenly you find deep seeded aggression and resentment. That nice enough for ya Steve???

Re: Is AO too nice?

Well it looks like you have all got the hang of taking the p!ss out of each other, now what about the cars, personally I loath and cannot see the point of a selespeed car, the original 166 was boss eyed, and the 147 has got a fat ass, and it sticks up in the air.

bring it on boys

Re: Is AO too nice?

I'm just glad you didn't lay into the 145.
I'd have had to open a great big can of whoop-ass on you if you had.
