Cow's milk for me... and I'm heavily into traditional Irish vintage cheddars at the moment

I also love Stilton, and brewed up a vat of Sparks' Stilton & Broccoli Soup recipe a couple of days ago, which went down a treat... (it was actually more like an armed duel for the Lion's share between myself and wifey... "Garlic Bread at ten paces" )... Thanks Sparks

Cow milk cheese for me, and only really mild stuff.

Strong cheese makes the roof of my mouth itch, and I hate the gritty texture it often has.


No need to ask what head cheese is.
