Do you have any Classical music in your collection ?

Apparently the national average in a recent survey is 59%

So, are we more cultured than the national average ?

......there is no other, how can there be an other

Yes

All included on Film Soundtracks/Scores

I hope my vote hasn't affected your nation average survey :IRISH:

Yes, some classical and a bit of opera in there for when I'm in the mood.

There is a time and place for everything, including classical music and opera Nothing like a lazy Sunday afternoon listening to some Vaughn Williams, Mendelssohn or Schubert

We have quite a large collection to suit all moods, sits alongside the contemporary stuff, jazz etc. Gibbo and I have a very eclectic taste in music.

We AO'ers are of course far more musically cultured than the national average

For example we are heavily into Renaissance Dance Band stuff ...

I have:

Classical (film scores etc) for motorway wafting
Heavy rock/metal for motorway ragging
Embarrassing pop for Alfa-karaoke

I don't know whether or not you'd call it classical but I do recommend Rob Dougan for some quality wafting / ragging music

I know people who listen to it because (and they won't admit it, BUT I KNOW IT) - they THINK THEY SHOULD BE INTO IT AT THEIR TIME OF LIFE

and besides, they're so middle class now
