Re: Brushing Teeth

Since I got a new toothbrush and toothpaste which I keep at work, during the week I brush my teeth 4 times a day!

did ya know that by over-brushing you can damage the enamel on your teeth?
If you're brushing 4 times a day dude, i hope you're using a very soft bristled toothbrush..

Did you modify the super duper sonic brush with a big bore handle and lightweight rotors?

The performance differential is proportionate the the bristle per mm upgrade that I've incorporated into the tastefully chosen upgrades and is now quite staggering

The brush still looks relatively standard too

I raced a guy with an M3 brush the other morning here @ work and he was sniffing my paste cloud

Re: Brushing Teeth

Twice, unless I'm going out - then I brush again.

And I do the 45 degree angle thing - it really stops plaque build up.

Re: Brushing Teeth

Twice normally, but I usually floss after eating as I hate bits stuck in my teeth.

Re: Brushing Teeth

At least twice, more these days with
the amount of work that gets done on them.

Flossing aswell now, never used to do that.
A bit yucky.

I didn't have any filling until 15 years ago.
