WCOC Match 11

Lamborghini Miura SV v Alfa Montreal

As mentioned in the group stage, I've always found the Montreal a bit fussy and funny looking. For me, the Miura wins this easily.

Personally, the Miura isn't all that terrific and as it wears the badge of Lamborghini, is likely to be owned by a complete twart

However, it is better looking than the nice, but fussy Montreal

Going for the Miura also, I've only seen a Montreal in the flesh and I was surprised how small they are they are nice looking but not great, the miura is better.

Weren't you also talking about how small the 33 Stradale is in the metal, Greener?

Is big beautiful?

Miura is an all time blue chip collectible supercar worth millions where as the Alfa is nowhere near the Miuras pedigree or class

I don't think I've seen one in the metal, but it just surprises me how small some of these cars are. Not that bigger is better, just wasn't expecting them to be so small.... like the Jag XJ220, it's massive and you expect it to be massive and it is, but some others I kind of look at pictures and think they'll be fairly big but end up tiny.

That would have been me and I didn't say it was ugly because it was small, I said the lasting memory of it was it's size, not the looks

Gibbo would be most upset.

Anti Alfa bias, if you ask me!

Office Chair.

Like the Montreal quite a bit but up against the Muira it never had a chance. Sad to see it go though

The Miura all day. I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking the Montreal is a bit over-indulged with the styling flourishes whereas the Miura is predominantly about sweeping lines with a couple of stand-out touches like the strakes around the headlamps (which not everyone likes but I think work). It's easily the more cohesive design.
