I visit eight houses a day minimum in my job (Council & Housing Assoc, which includes a lot of older people)
It is a fact that to some of them the only way they know to open a conversation is to say "ooh, In't the weather awful today"....and it matters not what the weather is really doing. There is a song about the weather, and it could equally apply to Alfa ownership..its called
"We always want whatever its not"
I hope I applaud when I think Alfa do something good, but i'm not going to hold back if I think they have dropped a goolly, or if they fail to respond to a goolly of their own making.
I've said repeatedly that I think Alfa are getting far more right than wrong, cars, service, reliability, finish...and I think it will come right, but it does take a long time in such a competitive market place where the opposition is pretty hot, and there is presious little time to pick up a dropped baton if you make a mess.
My only current crit is that i wish that Alfa had led with the 159 Ti two years ago..its clearly a seller and what people want to see in an Alfa, but only because I want them to be successful. (Oops...I'm moaning again..sorry)
