Right, lets get the elephant in the room out of the way. The 406 has been modified in the suspension and wheel departments. The reason for this is that in standard form it rides on its tiptoes, has spindly wheels off a pram, and looks crap despite having a very pretty body. This is how it could have looked.

For me, I love the 356 but it's not the best looking car ever. The Stradale is a tad obvious. The 406 was ruined by Peugeot. The GTV I remember being wowed by when it was launched. It looked striking and dramatic then and it still does now so that gets my vote.

Auto Express - six issues for a quid. Offer must end soon (and then immediately start up again).

The Porsche is nice, but not even the best looking Porsche, the Peugeot is bland imo,
the Stradale is stunning, but not entirely beautiful... the GTV gets my vote as a really good looking well designed car.

About the worst possible angle for the Stradale and one of the best angles for the GTV in those pictures.

I love the 356, they're gorgeous... I guess it's because I hate normal Porker design but it's effortlessly cool - I mean James Dean had one

But for me the 33 stradale is just incredible - nothing else like it

Another group of death

The Gtv is a very pretty car, as is the 406 - even in standard guise. The 356 is alright but it doesn't wow me

I saw a 33 Stradale at the GFOS in 2010 and while achingly beautiful, what struck me more than the looks was the size of the thing. It's tiny, like miniscule! I know size doesn't relate to beauty but since then, it's the first thing that comes to mine when a 33 Strad is mentioned. Before then it was how pretty it is

Very tough call this one, and with no hint of bias, I'm torn between the Alfas. I'll come back to it after some thought. The 33 thing above, plus my owning a Gtv for nigh on 10 years renders my vision immune to its good looks

I might have to vote for the 406

You wouldn't have owned the Gtv if it looked like a Marina...

I couldn't not vote for the Gtv. My car would find out if I didn't vote for it and would revert to self harming again

That's a great picture of a 916 and they are so pretty I'm tempted but the 33 is stunning from almost every angle.

I've never been especially smitten with the coupe lid on Pug's venerable repmobile.

356s aren't remotely pretty though they have many desirable characteristics.

Got to be the 33.

The 406 should have won this.

With a Fezza badge, it might have.

Office Chair.

Keithyboy, I had a wet baguette to attack TT4N's torso with for making me chose Hula Hoops, but it turned out good.

However putting the GTV with the gorgeous 406 annoyed me very much. I love the 916 more than you can imagine so it had to take my vote.
That's a naughty Keith it relied upon me and EP to see it through. Wet baguette attack for you.
