Post The Northern Ireland Owners Register & Introduction Thread

I've noticed the NI section hasn't got an Owner Register either, it's a popular thread in other regions & it's interesting to see the selection of Alfas in the region, this thread can also be used as an introduction thread for new members.

For those who want their Alfa/s included on the register can you please include the following info in your post & I'll update the list with the info.

"Username" - "Model" - "Engine Size" - "Year" - "Colour" actual name if possible (colour code even better) - "Area"

There's also the Garage feature where you can post pics & details of your car/s

And if anyone wants to post pics of their Alfa owning history there's a good thread here https://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/motor...-pictures.html

Link to the old Introduction Thread which this now replaces https://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/north...oductions.html

Hi David,
I recently bought my first Alfa in Birmingham and wanted to register my details as suggested.
My car is a 2011 159 Tbi ti with the 1.8 turbo charged petrol engine, 19" alloys in white.
I live in Lisburn, County Antrim in Northern Ireland.
I'd be interested to know if anybody has one of these 159s to chat about where I can get parts etc.
Looking forward to meeting some like minded enthusiasts.
Jonathan

No shortage of places to get parts. Many are listed on this site. Have used Alfaworkshop, EB spares, Shop4Parts and Alfashop before. Also Alfisti.net are very good for tuning parts etc. You have a couple of specialists nearby, Johnny Cargo in lisburn and Eurofix in Dunmurry. Plenty of advice on here and I think NIIMC also run events and have regular meets.

GTV 2.0 TS 1999

GTV phase 2

Hi David

I've come across the Northern Ireland Owners Register and am keen to join.
Here are my details:
grwsgtv - gtv 2.0 twin spark 916 phase2 - 2.0 - 1999 - dark blue (I will check the colour code) - Bangor NI

Also would you know if anyone is interested in a boot spoiler for a gtv (in blue)? I have removed mine.

I have noticed a blue gtv 3.0 in Bangor...is he a member?

Thanks

Glen

I think you did, where you in front heading away from Doagh towards the roundabout then you maybe turned up the Longshot as I was heading on towards Templepatrick (Well to Junction One to feed my Starbucks habit lol) Maybe around 1-2pm'ish I think it was I was heading out.

I was riding shot gun in my friend's white Type R, we pulled out from the car wash area on the main street behind you and were behind you only until the first mini roundabout.

If you get waved at by some loon in a white 159 Sportwagon don't be alarmed, that'll just be me too!

Lol, has been a pure fluke then a white 159 SW drove past down Doagh Main street while I was waiting to pull out, though ended up two cars behind it, but it headed on up the Longshot as I was heading onto to Templepatrick direction. That's been myself then probably heading to Ballyclare Milestone for some fuel, find the hoover broken then heading to Jerry Watts instead to get the car hoovered.
