Lightbulb The Northern Ireland Chat Thread

I've noticed there hasn't been much activity in the NI section recently, maybe a chat thread can increase the activity among the locals again

Anyway Happy New Year all from down south

Recommended NI Mechanic for 2007 Alfa GT 2.0 JTS

HI!

I just recently purchased an 07 Alfa GT! finally i own an Alfa :-)

It is due a timing belt replacement as it has been over 5 years since the last, its only done 20,000 since it was replaced.

Can anyone recommend a mechanic around Portadown / Lisburn /Belfast (don't mind travelling for a good one)

Have had quotes from JRC Auto (Jonny Cargo) & Eurofix Car Repairs? Can anyone comment?

Thanks

Scott

Have used both and both have been fine in my experience. Depends on your circumstances eg if you are leaving your car then Eurofix is beside Dunmurry train station. If you have someone to collect you when you leave the car then JRC is much closer to you. I am sure there was a thread on here once where this topic was discussed but it may have been a while ago. Hope you enjoy your GT.

Good choice. Just had the Brera in with him and another cracking job at a fair price.

I'd avoid Eurofix at all costs.
